VLC397          A Lundy MAE hangs and either the hung device must be
                   deallocated/allocated or the LNDY program bounced.


   Description:    During processing a machine is suspended and will not resume
                   or one entry is ended and the next hangs during initialize.
                   This fix resets the Lundy message hold flag used for runs
                   where the stop/no feed error feature was used and no
                   subsequent enter aid was detected prior the the run ending or
                   being suspended.
