VLC393          Kill bundle tickets are now generated at DITYPEI=F8 in
                   CPCS.


   Description:    In CPCS R11 IBM changed physical kill bundle dividers
                   from type X'F6' records to X'F8' records. This change
                   will make the Lundy system consistent with CPCS.
