VLC387          KILL stops without listing items for KILL after M-strings.

   Description:    With release 11 of CPCS the user may opt to list kills after
                   the M-string has been created. This fix to DKNBMRG carries
                   the strings pocket data fields forward so that KILL will
                   produce proper kill lists.
