VLC379          Operator does not get signed off when Lundy deactivated


   Description:    With VLC379, ACF or other advanced security systems
                   when a Lundy device is deactiveted from menu selected
                   screen 10, option 3, the operator is not automatically
                   signed off. This can cause problems when the deactivated
                   device is allocated to another LNDY program and the
                   operator's id is left unusable until cancel by
                   computer operations.
