VLC378          Lundy work transfer hangs.


   Description:    Two problems are addressed with this fix. First, the
                   option to transfer work from one machine to another
                   failed to work since the addition of VLC377. Also for
                   banks using two Lundy systems (LNDY) simultaneously
                   and deactivating a device from one system to the other
                   then attempting to return the MAE to the initial system,
                   the machine hangs in VTAM and is unusable.
