VLC365          DKNLADJ ABENDS with 0C4 in module DKNLEDIT.


   Description:    When DKNLADJ was released, the Lundy Control Block
                   (LCB) was not required.  Subsequent changes to
                   DKNLEDIT added divider processing which required
                   that the LCB be provided.
                   This correction adds a "dummy" LCB to DKNLADJ for
                   DKNLEDIT use.
