VLC362          PMRG quits with the message PMRG-ERR ON MD READ-R/C=6                             
                   or passes a record containing all binary zeroes as                                
                   a missing record.                                                                 
                                                                                                     
   Description:    Under unique conditions DKNPMRG can end up                                        
                   with no items in the buffer to drain. This                                        
                   causes errors that can appear as MDS errors or may                                
                   pass data to BMRG that is invalid.  The following                                 
                   code insures that empty buffer conditions are                                     
                   properly trapped.
