VLC356          Autoselected prime tracers are merged at the end of
                   the prior tracer group after Lundy correction.


   Description:    During prime pass CPCS capture, the first one or two
                   tracers in a sub-tracer group autoselected.  In
                   Lundy, the tracers read correctly.  During merge
                   processing, these free tracers are merged into the
                   free item group associated with the prior tracer
                   group.

                   For installations using subset processing, this can
                   cause problems with downstream balancing tasks that
                   use tracers to determine tracer breaks.

                   This correction insures that the tracers are placed
                   into the correct subset.

    Notes:         This correction is applicable to all versions of
                   CPCS.
