VLC350          PMRG will not assemble.

   Description:    Due to IBM's fix PN18259 the DKNIGEN macro
                   DKNIGPRM included the label IGENPARM that was
                   previously missing. This causes PMRG to have a duplicate
                   duplicate label and fail to assemble.
