VLC349          Fix subset/tracer for tracer records in
                   CPCS TG dataset.

   Description:    Several new fields in the tracer group data
                   set were never set by DKNMSRR. These affect the
                   the processing of HSRR repasses from Lundy on the
                   3890/CPCS repass.
