VLC348          Return Items field is in error.

   Description:    When V1R10 release of Lundy was developed the
                   return items field was not formatted due to
                   a change needed in the Lundy MAE PC software.
                   This causes problems because the field was
                   released with binary zeroes instaed of hex A's.
                   This takes care of the binary zero problem.
