VLC347          PMRG mis-merges certain items.

   Description:    When V1R10 release of Lundy was developed the
                   buffer size was increased to accomodate the
                   return items field. This caused the buffer for
                   image match to be skewed by one byte. Although
                   most merges still occur without problem, there
                   have been a few cases where items have been
                   matched incorrectly. This fix addresses these
                   mis-merges.
