VLC314          Subset processing must be consistent on Lundy.               
                                                                                
   Description:    There is currently no checking that guarantees               
                   that suset processing is consistent between the              
                   3890's and the Lundy MAE's. This fix will check to           
                   make sure that if subset processing is done on the           
                   sorters than the MAE's also do it, and if                    
                   non-susset processing is done on the 3890's, the             
                   same processing is selected (by way of the sort
