*  IC4073 01-18-01  ALLOW REUPLOAD OF SUBPASS STRINGS             

   DESCRIPTION:   If a sub-pass I-String upload is interrupted mid-stream, 
                  attempts to re-upload it cause invalid tracer dataset 
                  data to be created.
