*  IC4068         OLD PROLOG CAN CAUSE ABEND

   DESCRIPTION:   During SCI header testing, if an old format SCI Prolog     
                  (i.e. using the (PROLOG macro) is found, an 0C4 can    
                  occur in DKNISCI. This change traps the old format SCI
                  and avoids the abend. 

   NOTES:         This change is applicable to release IC4000 and later.
