*  IC4064         SUBSET CHAINING LOOP PROTECTION LOGIC

   DESCRIPTION:   This change identifies and issues an appropriate error message for the
                  condition where subset tracers in the CPCS Tracer DS are chained to themselves.
                  Prior to this change, a loop occurred in module IHSRPRIM.

   NOTES:         This change is applicable to release IC4000 and later.
